• Apostille
  Logistical Support Services provides legal assistance and representation for documents’ supralegalization (apostille) before Romanian authorities.For further details regarding the pricing please access our Price section.


• Registered office
  Every company must have a Registered Office at which official documents can be served.
  The Registered Office address need not be the company's place of business.
  If you do not have a suitable address, or if you would prefer not to use your own address, we can provide you with a Registered Office for periods of 1, 2 or 3 years.
  You CANNOT use the registered office we provide as your lucrative facility.

• Confirmation of company details
  The Confirmation of Company details is achieved from the Trade Register.
  Delivery term:
  • Emergency pick up – 30 minutes
  • Normal pick up – 2 working days

• Government approval for company name
  This approval is necessary if you intend to use the word Romania in your company name.
  Compulsory documents for achieving the approval:
  • Copy from the name reservation form
  • Supporting documents for achieving the company name - General Shareholders’ Meeting Decision
