The minimum share capital

In conformity with Law nr. 31/1990 regarding commercial societies republished and changed, the minimum value of the share capital is:

• 200 lei – for limited liabilty companies
• 90 000 lei – for joint stock companies

After the Trade Register registration, the associates can increase the share capital in any moment.
