Wage Services
The wage services consist of:
- Creating and keeping up to date the data base by registering: individual labour contracts, marital status and salary changes, decisions of activity termination or of sanction, etc…
- Drawing up / checking the monthly time sheets for wage calculation
- Calculations of compensations and increments to the basic salary: overtime pays, weekly rest compensations, night compensation, hardship allowance, bonuses, etc…
- Calculations for vacations and medical leaves
- Calculations for global, individual or indirect agreements
- Calculations for salary retentions and deductions
- Drawing up payrolls and registering them at the Territorial Labour Inspectorate (ITM)
- Drawing up payment orders for salary taxes
- Drawing up and submitting monthly declarations to CAS, CASS, SOMAJ and ITM
- Drawing up tax records for the employees
- Drawing up salary reports demanded by the client
- Legal assistance covering wage calculation issues
