Personnel administration comprises the following procedures:
- Drawing up individual labour contracts and registering them at the Territorial Labour Inspectorate
- Personnel files creation; achieving the necessary documents and statements from the employees
- Filling up the Employment Record Books
- Drawing up, signing and registering at the Territorial Labour Inspectorate, the documents that produce changes to the Individual work contracts as follows:
- addendums that change: the position, the salary or the working time
- decisions of work contract suspension
- decisions of work contract termination
- Drawing up seniority certificates for the employees without Employment Record Books
- Drawing up and filling up certificates required by the employees
- Drawing up personnel records demanded by the client
- Providing consultancy with regard to the issues mentioned above
- Filling up and delivering the General Record of Employees
- Assistance with the supervisions performed by organs designated by the Ministry of labour
